Where do you ship from?

Portugal, Europe

Yes! If you have any concerns about your shipping location, or if your country is not available as a shipping option, please email me before completing your order.

- Orders placed until 10APRIL2026 will be shipped at 20MAY2026

- Orders placed between 10APRIL2026 and 10MAY2026 will be shipped at 20JUNE2026

You will be notified in your email when your order has been shipped!

I will be shipping orders in batches, on selected days. You can consult the batch shipping day on product description and at checkout. If you still have concerns, feel free to email me!

I do not take responsibility for misplaced mail or lost packages for orders shipped with standard shipping.

If you have selected tracked shipping for your order and the package hasn’t arrived, please send me an email.

I do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the wrong item has been shipped. Please make sure to write you address properly and if you have had previous issues with your address, leave me a note at the end of your order.
