Yes! If you have any concerns about your shipping location or if your country is not available as a shipping option, please email me before completing your order. It might be an issue with the store settings.

Orders placed until 10APRIL2026 will be shipped at 20MAY2026
Orders placed between 10APRIL2026 and 10MAY2026 will be shipped at 20JUNE2026
You will be notified in your email when your order has been shipped!
I will be shipping orders in batches, on selected days.
You can consult the batch shipping day on product description and at checkout.

Europe - 5 to 30 business days

I do not take responsibility for misplaced mail or lost packages for orders shipped with standard shipping.
If you have selected tracked shipping for your order and the package hasn’t arrived, please send me an email.
I do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the wrong item has been shipped. Please make sure to write you address properly and if you have had previous issues with your address, leave me a note at the end of your order.
✦ What is the status of US shipping? ✦
Portugal has ceased regular shipping to the US since October due to the new tariff De due to the updated De Minimis Legislation.
I'm talking with Fedex, UPS, DHL and CTT for the possibility of signing a contract to ship to the US, but as it is, minimum price for shipping is around the 40-50€
I will be finalizing a contract soon, but I want to make a test shipment to make sure there are no issues.
These companies are also updating pricing due to fuel price updates, so this is also a point of discussion.
As soon as I'm able to regularize the situation, I will make shipping available for the US. Please have patience ✿
