Yes! If you have any concerns about your shipping location or if your country is not available as a shipping option, please email me before completing your order. It might be an issue with the store settings.

EUROPE: Upcoming legislation for 12 Aug might cause issues with shipping. if that is the case, you will be contacted.

Orders placed between 10/monthA/2026 and 10/monthB/2026. Will be shipped until/at 20/monthC/2026

Orders between 10JULY2026 and 10AUG2026 . Shipped until/at 20SEPTEMBER2026

You will be notified in your email when your order has been shipped!

I will be shipping orders in batches, on selected days. Your package might be shipped sooner than the set date!

You can consult the batch shipping day on product description and at checkout.

Portugal - 1 to 20 business days

Europe - 5 to 30 business days

International - 15 to 50 business days

✦ What is this store's shipping, return and exchange policy? ✦

I do not take responsibility for misplaced mail or lost packages for orders shipped with standard shipping.

If you have selected tracked shipping for your order and the package hasn’t arrived, please send me an email.

I do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the wrong item has been shipped. Please make sure to write you address properly and if you have had previous issues with your address, leave me a note at the end of your order.

✦ What is the status of US shipping? ✦

AVAILABLE!!!

You can get your package with CTT national shipping. It has been tested and will get the package to you ❤︎

Due to ever-changing politics and fuel price updates, shipping prices will be a reflection of the world. I ask you to be patient with me as I figure out the best alternatives!

US duties and tariffs are pre-payed with the Zonos platform. I can't take responsability for any other extra charges by customs to the client (none of the packages arrived had to pay for any extra fees)

✦ Why did it take so long to have US shipping available? ✦

Portugal has ceased shipping to the US from October 2025 to June 2026 due to the new tariff De Minimis Legislation.

After talking with Fedex, UPS, DHL and CTT, a lot of headache and paperwork, I finally have means to ship to the US. Fedex was an option but there's an extra 20€ charge for duties and taxes associated with each order, so I have discontinued this option.

There's little to no information on the situation and this is affecting a lot of small european artists, Portugal was specially delayed with their response.

✦ Why do orders take such a long time to be shipped? ✦

I must keep track of stock for both conventions and store orders, and I often do not have a big supply of products.

If you have urgency to get your order, I will do what I can to ship it to you as soon as possible, but for some products, this is not always something that is possible for me.

I'm also looking into ACGGOODS as a faster and cost-effective alternative to costumers. (Although this option will not pass by my own hands, so I can not guarantee its personalization)
